Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with it, you may return any item within 30 days of purchase provided it is in the same condition as received (not tampered with). BeautyHQ will only refund the amount for the product returned (excluding shipping fees). The customer is responsible for any delivery charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged on arrival.

 

How to return an item

Just send it back to us with the invoice included and the return section filled out. Please send to:

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt and may take another few days to show up in your account. We cannot refund the postage costs of sending the item back to us.


What if my item is faulty?

All products are checked for quality before despatch, and while we try our best to ensure that all products are delivered to you in perfect condition – the product may be damaged in the delivery process. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact customerservice@beautyhq.com.au prior to making the return. If possible please attach photos of the damage to support your claim.
